Christmas is always the most happening festival to me in town. Where everyone will gather and welcome this festival no matter you are a christian or not .
Of course, when i say EVERYONE, we are all included.
GS, Me, KW, Brighton, Ice, Josephine ( ice's mom ) - just us. If im not mistaken, Quah and Andy both are left out.
Before we leave to Cherating, We gather at GS's house and had steamboat for dinner. I guess it's been awhile for everyone here.
We left KL at night and of course when we reach Cherating it's already MIDNIGHT. Some of us sleep in the car and some of them sleep at a hall we found , in the sleeping bag. Even by sleeping also MEMORIES MADE on the night.
The main reason why we did not book a hotel for that night itself because we knew we gonna arrived at the destination at night and early in the morning we gonna rush into a van to send us up and catch the rainbow.
According to Brighton, Cherating has a RAINBOW WATERFALL , where u can see the rainbow clearly. That is the only thing that caught my attention. But UNFORTUNATELY , the rain did not stop pouring and that plan tak jadi .
That picture is how they sleep in the sleeping bag at the hall and guess what, we were all woke up due to stray dogs barking at them. The hall gate wasn't close cause they left it open and those dogs saw them, they stopped outside at the gate and start barking , the most scary part is .. Those dogs came in a gang !!
Brighton was the one that slept most closest to the door and when he woke up , he got shocked and the face expression was priceless. Actually not only Brighton, Gs and KW also got frighten and woke up with those priceless face. Me, ice and her mom was sleeping in the car also woke up and we cant do anything, we just start laughing at them. That was really joke for the day.
After that, we all were awake and did not get to sleep back anymore, Except for GS. He continue sleeping till morning. CHAMPION !
When we are all awake, the first thing we did was looking for plug TO CHARGE OUR PHONE !! smart phone users are all here and all of our phone died . After charging , we all chilled then Ice, brighton and KW started doing silly stuff. Started with ice and brighton, they both started dancing THE HORSE DANCE and continue with all kind of dance already, KW job was quietly sitting down aside recording. Then ice and KW started fighting , chasing around the hall and the most NAUGHTIEST thing that ice could think of is, jump over GS while he was sleeping .. im incharge of recording because i did not want to jump over my own boyfriend but i just cant stop laughing.When he woke up, he told us he can hear some noise and we shown him the video . HAHA the video is in brighton's phone if im not mistaken . i dont have it with me to upload :D
When the sky got brighter, all of us woke up and it is still raining ! We are all depressed , we just cross the road and went opposite of the hall where the are some Stall . We all ate WANTAN MEE . white wantan mee and it wasn't that bad.
Then we left that area because the people that stay in the village told us to leave earlier. They are worried that if the place gets flooded and by that time, we will not be able to leave. So we left and straight head to out guest house that we booked. Check in time is only 2pm and we arrived EARLY in the morning and the fella doesn't allow us to check in . We went to the beach nearby there, just walking distance and although its rain but there are still people there surfing . Cherating is a place where people surf , according to brighton . He came to surf too.
It was really frustrating wait time to pass and we did everything we can do to entertain each other already .
But time still does not fly.
KW decided to just chill , sit down and play games in his phone
Brighton says :
IF YOU WANT THE RAIN TO STOP, DRAW A TURTLE ON A PAPER AND BUN IT .
so , i provide him a paper and pen and lighter .
He burning the paper at a corner but THE RAIN DID NOT EVEN STOP
what a nonsense.

Afternoon 12 something, we woke ice up and we went for lunch .
I cant remember what was the place where we ate .
It was a KOPITIAN but the food there was awesome Especially the bread.
We had nasi lemak and mee goreng too.

After makan, we finally get to check in and we all slept comfortably on the bed. Actually we are suppose to change and head to the beach. Everyone changed and even I am already on my bikini but all fell asleep while waiting for each other and ENDED UP, only ice and brighton went.
Dinner time, we walked around that area and we reached ' DONT TELL MAMA' so we ate there.

after makan, we went back to hotel and chill , all bath and chill on the bed playing LINEPOP on brighton's phone . 1 bed 4 people on it and after taking this picture, GS squeeze in . GOSSH !
9smtg at night, we all decided to go out and have a walk to explore what they have there .
Basically all shops are close because it is Christmas Night and the most sad part is we cant even find FOOD ! :(
We found a place kinda far away from our hotel, it took around 10 - 15 mins walking from hotel and that place we need to pay cover charge to enter and free a drink , shisha is available there too .
TO ME, THAT PLACE IT IS. let's celebrate Christmas over there .
We went back to hotel, wanna get ready and infrom ice and her mom. When we all are all ready, it was still kinda early so all went and lay down on the bed AGAIN then ALL FELL ASLEEP ! did not wake up to countdown to christmas.

& so, we came to Cherating and the rain starts pouring till we left that place and its still pouring.
Flood everywhere but the people all there are like ready and expected for the flood, some children even caught swimming

Before we reach KL, we drop by ICE'S hometown and ate something there.
Their ice cream are freaking nice

That's the end of the trip, i have no comment for it.
Just that, i still wish i still can visit Cherating one more time because i wanna go to RAINBOW WATERFALL but LESSON LEARNED !! never visit this place during year end - the monsoon season.
